Buyers fees and taxation

BUYERS FEE:

When registering with Steelhammer and participating in auctions, no fees are charged. For each purchased item through Steelhammer auction, the Buyer is obliged to pay transaction fee, which is based on the price of purchased item as follows.

PENALTY OF NON-PERFORMING:

As Buyers are obliged to pay any purchased item through Steelhammer auction, if they fail to fulfill their payment obligation within given period of time, they are obliged to pay a Penalty of Non-performing, in following amounts:

Penalties of Non-performing are paid per item, if Buyer fails to fulfill his obligations with multiple items, Penalties of Non-performing will be added together accordingly.

Non-performing causes immediately prohibiting buyer to participate in any Steelhammer auctions until penalties are paid. After paying penalties, Steelhammer reserves any right to allow or forbid Buyers further participation to Steelhammer auctions.

TAXATION:

All items sold on Steelhammer auction are excluding Value Additive Tax (VAT). Depending of Buyers situation comparing to Purchased Item, VAT may be added to Auction Purchase Price and Transaction fee. Whenever export out of European Community is needed, Steelhammer reserves right to charge and hold the VAT amount on top of the Purchase price as guarantee until necessary proof of exporting the item is delivered to Steelhammer. The VAT guarantee may also be required inside European Community, depending of the transportation form and transporter. Also in this case VAT guarantee amount is returned after having necessary transport documents delivered. In the case of transportation of the item is arranged by Steelhammer recommended Transport Company, VAT guarantee will not necessarily be charged.

In any case Steelhammer is not responsible of possible import or export taxes, duties or levies of any form, unless otherwise mentioned in item specifications.
